Camilla Lucrezia Sorrenti assists R&R in research and business development. She has interned at two Italian-based firms specialising in Telecommunications and Metalworking, where she conducted research projects to improve the companies’ operations. She has also worked at Twipes UK, a sustainable start-up where she carried out extensive market research to expand the business’ market reach. She was part of the Young Enterprise Club of St. Clare's School in Oxford, when she contributed to draft the business plan for YETI (Young Enterprise Team Innovation).
Camilla holds a BSc in International Political Economy from City University of London, and teaches business-related subjects for Manning’s Tutors. She is an incoming MSc student in Management at Imperial College Business School.
Mia Ferrari-Mathis assists R&R in research and business development. She is specialized in Middle Eastern affairs and international terrorism and focuses her research on emerging geopolitical risks. Prior to joining R&R, she interned at the United Nations Security Council and at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. She also volunteered in several refugee camps around the globe.
Mia holds a BA in War Studies from King’s College London. She is fluent in four languages: English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish and holds four nationalities .
Luca Bandello assists R&R in Research and Business Development. He has interned at Verisk Maplecroft a consultancy specialising in global risk data, with a keen interest in quantitative analysis and risk models. He has even interned at Lattanzio KIBS in Kazakhstan assisting a project on educational policies in Central Asia.
Luca holds a BSc in Social Sciences with Quantitative Methods from University College London, where he was a member of the Q-Step Student Society, a society for those students focusing on quantitative methods and data science.

In the first half of 2018, Renata assisted R&R in research and business development. She had joined R&R coming from the Italian Embassy in the UK, where she supported the Deputy Ambassador on the legal aspects concerning the Brexit negotiations. This experience follows her graduation in law in Milan, with a thesis entitled “The Brexit issue: A special treatment for a special country,” which she finalised with a semester of research at the London School of Economics and Political Sceince. Previously, she studied European and international law at Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve, in Belgium. Renata is interested in politics and geopolitics and attended the School of Policies (Scuola di Politiche) founded by Italy's former Prime Minister Enrico Letta. She speaks fluently Italian, Spanish, English and French.

Cinzia Bianco is a Senior Analyst and consultant at Gulf State Analytics focused on the international politics, political economy and security of the Gulf region. She carried out a Research Fellowship in Oman, Qatar, the U.A.E. and Kuwait for the European Commission’s Sharaka project, working a policy paper on socio-economic challenges in the region. She is a regulator contributor to several think tanks including the Middle East Institute in the United States, and a number of publications in Europe and the Middle East.
Cinzia obtained a Master’s degree in Middle East and Mediterranean Studies from King’s College London and she is currently undertaking a PhD at the Institute of Arab and Islamic Studies at the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom on evolving security perceptions in the Arabian Peninsula after the Arab Spring.

Karmen Meneses is an Economic Research Analyst at Burgan Bank Kuwait, since June 2016. Karmen graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from India. Beginning her career with Starwood Hotels and Resorts at Sheraton Kuwait Hotel & Towers, she worked in different departments from front office to Finance for 10 years. She moved to Asiya Investments in 2008 and worked as Research Assistant, Economic Research Division for 8 years, prior to joining Burgan Bank.

Giovanna Alberta Stefani assists R&R in research and business development. She has interned at an Italian international banking institution, within the Cybersecurity Strategy department. She has been and currently is member of several students’ associations, where she contributes to business development projects and business strategy initiatives.
Giovanna holds a BSc in International Relations and Global Affairs from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan. She is currently enrolled in a MSc in Cyber Risk Strategy and Governance at Bocconi University.
Paul Martin is a former diplomat, and now commercial gas market analyst, with high-level experience advising government and business on political, economic and security issues in Russia, Ukraine and post-Soviet states, and their relations with both China and the EU.
Posted to Moscow before, during and after the escalation of conflict in Ukraine, his specialties include the Russian energy sector and its ties to regional geostrategy; the US and EU sanctions regimes; the political economy of Russia and the region; and economic and policy linkages between Russia, the West and China. Also a former commercial lawyer with financial markets experience, he speaks fluent Russian.

Grégoire Roos is a geopolitical analyst, focusing on European politics, political economy, international security and great powers’ strategies of influence. He started his career at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Senegal, where he focused on public finance reform and industrial development policy. After a few years working in and on sub-Saharan Africa, Grégoire joined the financial services industry in Europe as a Business Intelligence Officer, where he’s been looking at emerging technologies and the market impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Grégoire has collaborated with various policy research centres and think tanks on foreign policy and security issues (European tech & defence policy, European Strategic Autonomy, the future of the Franco-German relationship, EU-Russian relationship and Russian politics, political leadership in the Mediterranean, the crisis of the Euro-Atlantic bond, NATO in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, etc.). He has also served as France’s Youth Ambassador to UNESCO and is a young leader fellow of several organisations across Europe (such as BMW Foundation, Globsec, St. Gallen Symposium, Warsaw Security Forum, World Economic Forum).
A French national, Grégoire is a graduate in history, philosophy, political sciences and international law & economics (Paris University, Sciences Po and EHESS), and a reserve officer in the French Navy.
